Travel to de-stress

I'm a homebody. Traveling usually causes me stress and specially when taking the airplane. I don't know. I get jittery when having to move around so many things and leave my home and having to be somewhere on certain times. It's mostly the traveling on aircraft or vehicles that I don't like.
