i am exercising my whole life and I think benefits are countless. Not just weight regulation and prevention of diseases but mostly mental health. First of all, the most underrated antidepressant is exercising. It boost confidence, it makes you feel better in all kinds of way. I regular almost every day, or at least 4-5 times a week. Rest days are also important of course, but 3 times a week is minimum. Even 30 minutes can be enough.
