Sprained my other ankle today

I sprained my ankle like 2 months ago and my ankles ligament got injured. So i was having hard time with sports and other outside activities for like the last 1 month.

Today, i was playing basketball and sprained my other ankle (left ankle)... Sucks so much right now. Hopefully it is nothing serious like last time, doesn't hurt like last time tho.

What are your experiences with ankles? Kind of a weird question but does anything like this happen to anyone of you?

I played soccer for a long time and got issues with my ankles too. One advice: take it very seriously! Go to the doctor. I had to stop playing because my issues with my ankles became to big.
