3D Art Effect

For those of you who want to know know. For actual photographs, it is by taking one picture, focusing on the target you want to be 3d, then taking more pictures with the target not being focused on, with the camera moving, you then have to tinker with the stills taken.

For graphical pieces, you need to make the background on a separate layer, and move it and make it a gif.

It's not just that for digital works. You also have to mess with colors and angles and filters on that as well.
