Loaded Mashed Potatoes:

You Will Need

[*]Potatoes, obviously
[*]Cheddar Cheese, shredded
[*]Sour Cream
[*]Butter
[*]Plate (Optional, but proper manners)
[*]Bacon Bits

Step One:
Preheat oven to 350 farenheit. Bake your potatoes in the microwave. Most microwaves will have a button that says (potato). If you have an older microwave, however, 5 minutes is a good time. The potatoes need to be nice and soft. Make sure to poke them with a knife/fork before baking to prevent explosions.

Step two:
Take potatoes out of microwave and cut in halves. Scoop out the 'meat' with a large spoon and place in to a bowl. Mix a generous scoop of butter, sour cream, and some bacon bits and cheese in to the bowl until you have a fluffy mixture that looks something like mine:

Next, place your potato skins on to a baking sheet and fill evenly with your mixture.

add a bit of cheese on the top if you please.

Then, place potatoes in the oven at 350 farenheit for about 9-13 minutes.

Take out of the oven and enjoy!

Add a 'few' ingredients and your meal is complete!!
