Talking Angela| Insecure| Unsafe?|

So I heard/seen on multiple facebook posts, google searches about the app "Talking Angela" where it asks kids perverted questions and that a group of pedophiles are behind this app hacking into your system and watching you? XD Creepy never am I going to download it.

Top Questions it asks:
How old are you?
Whats your name?
Where do you live?
What school do you go to?
Where's your brother?
Stop covering the camera!

I have yet to have heard of such an application. There are two possibilities, well, two rational ones.
The first one, the possibility that the app has been developed by teenagers who felt lonely and out of love due to their immense need for care and affection, development of sexual organs, sexual pulsion may be caused by puberty which hits the totality of teenagers.
The second possibility is the hypothesis that a group of pedophiles have developed such an application, in order to get in contact with youngsters and thus doing their thing, if you know what I mean by this.
