It's the same way almost in America - not quite a legal of course, but It's one of the most lax laws in the area I'm from. 14 year old freshman girls having sex with their 18 year old newly graduated boyfriends, and nobody cares. It's on the verge of being socially accepted, which I just don't like.

It's scary to think somewhere this would actually be this legal though.
