And you're telling me that 2-3 years later, those 15 year olds aren't going to be as stupid? If you want to REALLY make the laws going by that assumption, that all teenagers aren't mature enough, then the legal driving age might as well be 21. That way, we can be 100% sure that nobody "immature" is behind the wheel.
