What should the legal driving age be?

I'm from the UK and legal driving age is 17. I actually think this is too young and the limit should be raised to 20. A lot of people would disagree, but just look at how many teenage boy racers are crashing and injuring and sometimes killing innocent people. If you make the legal age 20, they have had enough time to mature.
