Woman and there rights.

We have a sexist criminal justice system, there is no question about it. We can't even get all genders recognized, let alone all treated equally.

For the time being it will stay like the situations you have provided, until those "peers" that are part of the judicial system are moved out with the new generations.

Like lets just say a man hits woman, because she said something like "I hope your children die, and your mom gets killed and burns in hell" out of no where, and she gets punched in the face. Thats like what two years in jail for assault??

Deserve time for assault, because it is assault, but as long as the justice system goes and follows the correct procedure it can't be much argued that it is wrong without editing the books.
