But no 100% African American child that is born with shit parents, and immediately given to be raised in a perfect family/neighborhood is going to naturally be like "FUCK YOU NIGGA, SELLIN WEED DAWG! 420 BLAZE IT, SHOOT A BITCH YEAAAAH."

This is the nature nurture debate. What is nature what is nurture? Genes lay the foundation while the environment of one determines the effect these genes have in many cases. And still, there is just a small level of coincidence. If a child like you pictured got adopted it isn't coincidence how the baby evolves. Nature, nurture.
