Just post and be yourself, I don't see why you need to post a certain way to be labeled as "High Quality" or whatever that even means.

Yes but if "yourself" happens to get pissed off easily, thinks spamming is funny, or some other shit, then you won't be viewed as high quality. I believe in being yourself, however, these are just some good things/habits to remember when posting. They help you better yourself as a poster.
