Yes but if "yourself" happens to get pissed off easily, thinks spamming is funny, or some other shit, then you won't be viewed as high quality. I believe in being yourself, however, these are just some good things/habits to remember when posting. They help you better yourself as a poster.

I am guessing you and I have different definitions of spamming.
I agree with most of what you have stated in the OP but I really don't like the terms "HQ" and "LQ", I think they are incredibly stupid.
