means he is hazardous to the environment, and should be watched very closely. because he did it on hackforums, means he can do it on here. doesn't automatically meant he's not going to. theory shows, you have more of a chance to do something you've already done, again.

This should be a scam report kept on HF, not PF. He hasn't done anything on PF quite yet, nor do I think he will.
