Posts in introductions removed from overall postcount.

When I post on peoples introduction messages, I usually have a different post based on what they say. Welcoming people is nice and makes the OP feel good, so even if people do it just to up their post count it is a good motivation. We don't want to have 1 post by a staff member per introduction, and have no one else.

You're right, if I never recieved any welcoming posts I probably wouldn't be here right now.
