The Mindset of A Serial Killer

I do not appreciate, nor value him as a serial killer he was weak. He was a coward, he had to be fucked up to kill, he kept his activities confined to his apartment,I lived in the same apartment building in the oxford apartments in Milwaukee Wisconsin, dahmer lived in 213 I lived in 401. You could smell the putrid meat, heart skill saws, he was sloppy. I was 7 years old when I walked by his apartment every day to go to the east stair well. Luckily I was too young for his taste, he was technically a serial killer yes but a terrible one and sloppy.

That is not a thread introduction I chose to present, I lived in oxford from 1984 - 1991, dahmer was found out in 1991 then the building was demolished, as the blue 50 gallon drums he had in his apartment. The tan gloss oil base paint that chipped off the wall, he would leave his apartment and turn a 180 then lock his door. When I walked by I could smell soilex which is what he used to boil clean the bodies. I saw him every day, he was drunk often, he smelled of boos and all the time. It sounds like a lie so I rarely tell it but I will never forget that smell.
