Sorry, Northerners, you just can't beat some good ol' Tex-Mex. Personally, I can't stand Mexican food outside of Texas, because it gets so bland/flavorless.
Here's some pics from some local restaurants. Cheese enchiladas with enchilada gravy. Also, you can't beat the complimentary chips and salsa. I like a good green sauce (which can't be found up north) with lots of cilantro, tomatillas, and onion. Typing this is making me hungry... TBH.
