Well if there was a perfect good, there has to be a subsequent evil somewhere.. If there was only ever good, then there wouldn't be anything to do.. Imagine a world without evil.. That would just be heaven.. xD..
It has to be balanced xD
But... If it is 'perfect' there will be nothing against it.
