Starcraft

I agree with Daje that waiting all these years was a long time, but for me the wait was well worth it. The gameplay has not been drastically altered, but they still found room for improvements enough to make StarCraft II feel like more than a glorified expansion.

I remember everyone complaining about Blizzard releasing the Protoss and Zerg campaigns in separate expansions - as though they were somehow only getting part of a game at launch. *shakes head*

Yeah, I'm a huge fan of SC2. I actually met a number of people online through a fansite for the then-unannounced SC2. Ah, memories.. :-P
