Nightmares/Sleeping disorder? (Idk where to put this)

Every night for the past 5 months I've had pretty much the same dream, it starts with me being at home and just relaxing, then I get kidnapped, as my parents don't care at all, they don't pay the ransom. So they torture me, then they execute me, I always wake up at 4 each day due to this dream. Idk what to do about it. Doctors didn't do anything about it, no meds for. I honestly need help, please reply with any ideas.
