Who has attempted it? What was your story? Also, what languages did you use - and where did you learn the languages? What languages do you prefer to create games?
Do you use a "helper program"? There are some programs out there that greatly shorten the work of creating a game. I'd assume most game makers use them.
Anyway, myself, I took a lot of computer courses back in the 2000s (I'm 42 now.) - but I never really attempted a game, though, I wanted to. It just boils down to making enough to time to do it.
