Proxy scraper?

Code a proxy scraper that scrapes either pre-defined websites or .txt file.

Then you create a checker that pings these and grab the resulting 'ping'/response time, which will give you the possiblity to just throw out any with a higher ping than 50ms, which will then eliminate time outs on public proxies.
