Item Selling Service

I've always been good at selling items that I SE for decent prices.
I'd like to offer this service to others.
If I have a ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​local buyer for the ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​item that you want me to sell, I will transfer half of the price being paid to you, you ship it to me, I pay the other half minus my fee.
Usually I sell electronics but I can do any products you may need.
To clarify, the item being sold does not leave you until I find a buyer, I understand if some of you have an issue with this thinking it may be a scam. But if a few of you have some items lying about you need sold it would be worth listing with me.
I sell my items via ebay, gumtree, local buy and sells, local electronics shops, and honestly my friends spend a lot of money buying items that I SE anyway so I'll be using them too.
If I sell the item to someone not local. Then I provide you with the shipping address of the customer to send your item to. I transfer your money to you via your chosen platform.
I can do PayPal, Revolut, and whatever cryotocurrencies you might want.
My fee is 20% of the selling price.
