What should I use for making payments?

Receive Amazon Gift Cards. That's the safest way to get the money. Then sell those Amazon GCs for bitcoins at the 70-75% rate. 
Alternatively you could use CashApp. I don't use it but many other ewhores use it. But just don't try buying bitcoins inside the CashApp unless you want to go through verification process.
I only do Amazon for now. Used to do Paypal but it's quite bitchy.
