Illness Depression (Suicide Prevention)

Yeah it's the right spot for a thread like that.

The thing about depression is that it's a big thing, that is normalized because a lot a people will use it while just being sad. Which makes depression sounds "normal". But it's a much bigger problem. I fought against depression, either when i was broke, or lost control over few things in my life leading me straight toward it, or getting lost in life. It's just following me now. But whenever i succeed in some projects, it starts to vanish. But I know i can fall again at anytime.

The only way to get out is to find help as you said, either family, friends, or professional. Just don't give up, never give up.
