Do you wear a face mask when you go out?

Just as the title states, I'm wondering how many people here are actually wearing masks when they go out in public.

I where it when I go into public. Don't wear it in the car but wear it into stores. I am medium immuno-compromised from Lyme Disease so that's why I wear one.

What about you? Do you wear one? If not, why not?
