If I have nothing to do i can spend up to an hour on my phone doing some social medias stuff, if I have something to do I can get up immediately
When I had snapchat + phone in my room it tooks me 3-5 hours to get out of bed tbh.
Few years ago I was doing some heavy affiliate marketing. I would wake up to at least 200 new messages that I had to answer. And obviously, by the time I answered them all, new ones would pop up. Could spend all day on my phone and in bed if I had no life routine
