You need a gif photo. Photo's usually have .jpg, .jnp, etc. Gifs have .gif for an example: http://www.makingdifferent.com/wp-conten...03/123.gif is a animated gif.
So if you put the image has [img.]http://www.makingdifferent.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/123.gif[/img] (Without the .) You'll show a gif.
