Let me say I admire your courage, it's really going to be a very frightening experience for most people to be stuck in a lift for up to one hour. That's some terrible experience, I'd reason that someone could become unconscious out of suffocation or any related sort. I'm surprised all you worried about was just hunger in such a life threatening situation.

I don't know. It didn't seem life threatening to me. My thoughts were mostly ''How long is this going to take?'' and ''Wish I had eaten something before leaving the house.'' It is to my knowledge that running out of oxygen is also a myth and that elevators just don't just drop or fall. The only death threatening scenario would be if one of the people tried to murder us out of panic.
