In my state if you have sex with anyone under 16 it's against the law, and you'll get marked as a sexual predator for the rest of your life, and do jail time.
Well what he is saying is that it's becoming SOCIALLY acceptable for someone to do that in America. It's still illegal of course in the US.
Ahh, nvm then.
Lol, it's ok. The people in my area are fairly stupid when it comes to stuff like this, kid doing whatever the fuck the want. I have three people in my school registered as sex offenders because they sleep around. -__-"
I think that 16 should be the age of consent in the United States. By 16 I think you are mature enough to consent to sex.. And that within 5 years thing would be reasonable between 14 and the age of consent.

But, this can lead to bribing, blackmail etc... which can be very bad and can cause a shitload of trouble for teens. I see it being overall bad then good due to the nature of teens these days.
Welcome back soldier, and yes i agree with you as long as she concents what the hell is the problem? Like here shes got to be 18 or else, that's not exactly fair, when she spreads her legs and you dive in you can still get screwed for making the leap even though SHE opened the pool.
