I used to play football, but after getting into the job, time became a constraint so I had to stop. Recently, I joined a club and the club members play badminton every day, So I started playing there. It is getting more interesting day after day.

I use to play sports like two times every week, but then I got busy with other things, like college and I've gotten more friends, so I went to places like the local coffee more times.

Nowadays, I play football like once every week, sometimes not even that.

Since I've gotten a bit older, 38 now, I only play football once a week, and then do one night of training as well. A few years ago I used to play football 3 times a week, train twice and also go boxing and cycling as well, and even though I do miss it, people do have to slow down as they get older.

I know I'm not exactly an old man yet at my age, but there came a time a couple of years ago when I had to make the decision to cut down, but that's just the way things go, and it happens to all of us at one time or another I guess...

If gym is a sport, then pretty often. Depends if I am working or not, but usually 4-5 times a week. On Sunday I like to play soccer or at least run with my friends :) I think physical activity is very important not only for our health but also for our self-confidence, so I think it's crucial to grab some time at least one day per week :)

I play a fair amount of sports. I play Varsity Tennis for my school. Practices are 2 hours everyday after school, with matches 2-3 times a week. I also do Martial Arts (Tae Kwon Doe). This is 3 times a week for 2 hours.

I used to swim as well, which was very draining because there would be morning practices before school as well as practices after school. I quit that to focus on Tennis.

I used to play basketball everyday when I was a teenager. And then I graduated to be coach of our community team in the local basketball league. As a coach, I would be playing with my team during practice games. I was awarded the best coach on my second year in the league.

But when I started working, my co-employees in the bank had the fancy for bowling. Understandably, I shifted to bowling and bought my own tenpin ball. And before I retired playing, I was team captain of our bank’s representation to the inter-bank league. Unfortunately we didn’t win and was relegated to the loser’s bracket.

I'm going to be as honest as possible. I don't do any sport at the moment. However, I would love to perform some even though I can't. I would love to learn parkour, snowboarding, skiing, archery or even hockey. I can't do these for economic and region reasons. I consider myself to be pretty active during the day though. I tend to run sometimes and to be honest I like to stay fit and active.

I think one of my dreams would be to learn base jumping as well :)

No I am not active in any sports right now. In past I was used to play cricket, table tennis and badminton. But now I am not getting any time for these games. I am really missing all of them. Hope some day I will get time and I will able to spend whole day for these games.

Not at all now. In the past I used to play volleyball and throwball. Those days are gone though and so are the opportunities.

I tend to play during the spring with my friends in an amateur baseball league. It's amazing when you just get to have fun with your mates. We are not that good, but that's not the point. :D
