Do you Shower in the Morning or Night?

I shower at night, it's just routine right now with no rime or reason why

At night, before bed. However, it is not very pleasant, as it disturbs my sleep.

As a person who living in mostly hot coutry, I take bath twice a day (both morning & night) since childwood. Even cold season also included. Now it is habitual for me.

I shower in the mornings to wake myself up, but I also shower in the evening because I feel gross.. so I end up showering too often :/

well, if you are planning to shower in the morning, obviously you need also to wake up a bit earlier to take that into account and not rush everything
