I get about eight hours daily. I do get enough but sometimes I feel that I don't and just stay for another 30 minutes.

I never get near enough sleep.  Sleep and me, well, we seem to be pretty big enemies.  I just have terrible issues with both falling asleep, and ever keeping a regular sleep schedule.  I've had times where I've been up for extended periods of times, sometimes even over 24 hours, and I'll be completely dead tired and laying in bed trying to sleep.  But then I'll just be laying there for hours and hours, sometimes until the sun comes up, and I just won't sleep.

Times that I do manage to sleep, I can't keep a regular schedule.  It's pretty difficult for me to fall asleep around the same time every single night, and wake up at the same time, and keep up with that.

A few months ago though, my doctor gave me some melatonin to take as needed, to help me sleep if I really needed it.  It's improved my sleeping drastically, however I still have issues sometimes.  I find myself needed to take it a lot, and sometimes it doesn't always work.  Such as last night, I took it and got tired pretty quickly, and managed to fall asleep pretty much right away, but then I only ended up with about 6 hours of sleep, waking up at 5am, and just feel so terrible and tired.  What made it worse was that I think I was still being made tired by the melatonin, but couldn't sleep it off.

Took a small nap for about 3 hours today though, and I'm feeling better now.  I should be tired enough to get to sleep ata  reasonable time tonight :)
