Can you sleep with lights on?

I can sleep with lights on but I can sleep better with lights off. It's just a bit uncomfortable with me sleeping with the lights on.

Yes. Even the shine on a wall bothers me.

Absolutely no!! I can not sleep with lights, It makes me feel uncomfortable!

Same feeling. Even the though of lights being on somewhere around the house can cause me to lose sleep.

I used to be able to as a kid because I was afraid of the dark. But now, just like you even the slightest of light showing can keep me awake all night.

Nope, I cannot sleep with my lights on aswell.

I prefer to sleep with lights off, or extremely low to the point where everything is either black or blue dark as night
