Internet Explorer or Google Chrome?

The only time I'd use IE is to download Google Chrome on my computer. Or use Vivaldi, it's built on chromium so you can use chrome extensions but its way better than chrome.

IE just isn't as smooth as chrome.

Google Chrome for sure. I've used both and Chrome is faster, easier to use, and crashes less. I wish I was able to use it in my PC right now but doesn't want to load properly since the my PC no longer works properly.

That's not even a real question. Google Chrome all the way. Internet Explorer is only dragging web development back. Even Microsoft Edge is a bit better than Internet Explorer.

The issue with IE is that it doesn't support many of the newly introduced technologies.
