Don't have a favorite mid champion but if anything it'd have to be Lux / Syndra. Lux roaming potential is over powered and can easily change a team fight with her ult.
Syndra for SoloQ climbing. Can easily kill an enemy level 6 + zone out people with her ult in team fights.

Ziggs is very OP, I like to buy some mana regen at early game to outzone my enemy at mid by spamming Q's.

Anyways my favorite is Lissandra, that because he does alot of AP damage, and his passive to spam unlimited ability's.

Also it's just unable to dive a Lissandra I'm sure you will die.

Anivia is my pick. I play her often.. and love to use her.

Aniva is really good at the moment. Even with her re-work(kinda) where they buffed her AA animation.
If played well she can easily carry a game if she roams + shares kills.
