Let them be, why do we care? They beg and go away because when we all ignore them, they can't do anything. Threads and posts like this encourages them to do more of these nonsense.

haha I mean yes if it is for a good cause, but I believe they should have a reason as to why they want the money? Not just donate, I mean give a good reason

Therefor I don't see a problem with a donation signature such as

However it's been excessive lately. I can't believe people often think that if you sit around on your ass begging for money, you'll go somewhere in life.

That would be a step forward aswell. If someone contributed enough, he has the right to beg for stuff.

Maybe there are new ranks that moderate those forums, and they can report people who do not have equal posts, or warn them through PM. It would not be able to be automated unless BBcode had a way to do it.

Yeah but equal posts does not mean they are HQ. As I said, there is not actual way to determine if someone contributed high-quality
stuff to the site or not, the only way would be reporting people by hand and hoping some staff-member does something against it!
