Do you use a VPN?

Most of the time I dont use a VPN simply because I have 200mb down/ 50 up and I dont want to sacrifice the speed.

not for security purposes, but i definitely use it if i have trouble browsing

I use them when I want to access sites that are blocked where i live.

I love to use VPN to avoid geo-restrictions. It has been a life-changing tool, as you say, it is very helpful when using streaming services. Personally, I don't have had any reduction in the speed of my internet service.
This is a tool that I would recommend for everybody.

Only for necessary stuff I use VPN. I have bit-defender when I do use
