German Music with English Lyrics

I am sure most people here are assuming Germans only sings in English but that is not true. A lot of German singers prefers singing in English. I found it shameful that German song writers writes better English Lyrics than Mainstream American ,Canadian and British Singers. Well American song writers are worst because they kept using annoying slangs and curse words these days and there is too much sex in the lyrics.

I decided to embed an Example of German song with fully English Lyrics. I originally wanted to share  5 songs sadly this forum only allows one video per post.

This song is sang by a contestant of Voice of Germany named Jamie Lee. The song is very haunting and it has some Japanese music influence. It is a very awesome break up song.



Why Germany, a country that doesn't speak English on a daily basis makes more deeper heartfelt lyrics in English while US and UK wants to focus too much on sexual Lyrics, drug partying lyrics and uses a lot of grammatically wrong lines for the sake of rhyming.
