Lately, I have discovered I do not have much time for sports as I used to. These days I am only able to go to the field once in a week, which is on Saturdays to exercise my body. I do some jogging, weight lifting and playing football. I spend about three hours every weekend to do these physical exercises. I take my exercises seriously knowing that good exercise can make the heart and body function optimally. I wished I had enough time to visit the field at least three times a week.

Almost every day. Gym, running, football, volleyball, depends on the day. Sometimes I push myself too much and then everything hurts me for a couple of days. So I think it's ideal to do sports 5 days a week and rest two.

I used to play any sport. From soccer, baseball, basketball and handball. Nowadays, I don't have much time but if I could, I would. I would first need available people to play with and I think that's the biggest challenge.

These days I go sporting once in a week due to tight schedules and other engagements. If I can have my time I'd like sporting at least three times in a week.

I used to play soccer, baseball, ball and voleyball. These days, I don't have much time in view of the college.
