So,what do you guys prefer? Most of the users go for photoshop, and they claim that it is really easy to use and it has way more features than other open source software. Still, I don't think it's true. All the open source software offers the same ffeatures and quality. I don't really guarantee the interface though. It might not seem that easy.
Anyway, what do you guys prefer? Do you prefer photoshop or open source software to design something and why?

I use Photoshop whenever I am designing my forum to my liking, or making GIFs for my PPT in my classes. I think Photoshop is easier to use, and that I am contented with the features it has to offer. Others would also say their chosen softwares are easy to use because they have already learned it before mine, so I won't debate on that. For me, Photoshop is one user-friendly gfx software.

I use GIMP 2 since it is free. You get used to it but for advanced GFX i'd recommend PS, it is more complicated but pays off, all though it is VERY expensive!
Whatever people say about it. I still love and make anything with my Photoshop.

I don't use any as I cannot design, my friend does GFX so I just pay him most of the time to make me shit.
