How do you create your In-Game Name (IGN)?

For me, I think most of the times, gamers find time to create the best IGN that they can name their characters. How do you create them? As much as possible, I do not name it according to my real name. I like it clean cut (no number, in Sentence case) because it looks professional. I also like to use weird names (as in no consonants or no vowels) like Pynsynth. Also, the shorter the name, the better.

I'd think about what I want to represent with my character. Thing like: I wanna be invisible or something. Then my nick would be InvisibleForce or something similar.

If I'm playing Fallout 4 for example, my name would match the backstory, lore and appearance of my character.
Example -
If I'm going to play a flamethrower wielding maniac, my name isn't gonna be something boring, like Stephen. It'd have to be something more rich and a powerful name.
