I agree, this would be neat to have. I remember a few older forums I used that had this plugin.

This feature could be a bit abused, if you really want it added I would need more requests of it and good valid reasoning along with it.

I don't actually really see a way it could be abused. They don't count to your post count.

Imagine getting gang banged by a ton of users that don't like you, False comments about you, etc.

I was going to look into Buddy List on Profile, and Comments etc. But it won't be soon. Depends on demand rates, really. I'm willing to listen to the community and add what has been greatly petitioned.
