Another usergroup to step up from Prime

Well, HF has L33T, and HF has UB3R.

THERE'S A MISSING LINK TO THE CHAIN. Heh, all jokes aside though. We need a step up from Prime. I would most definitely donate for it. Allow the users some more benefits than Prime, including the ability to -3 and +3.

What? No. That's like saying we are copying HF by using MyBB. Many forums have one normal usergroup for donators, and a second better group for those who donate more and get approved for it.

I beg to disagree. There is multiple users in fact, that are clearly standing out from others already.

I will likely add one eventually.
