That's gonna be a hard task. You used to be able to do a license transfer to another account, but that's long been banned. Your best option is to sell the whole account itself.

Only option is to do what Bae said, but if you do that don't expect to get the full value of your account, very few people will want to pay full price.

Selling your Steam account is against Steam's Subscriber Agreement. There's a pretty good chance that the account will be banned and all your games will be lost.

You can sell your steam accounts i have bought and sold steam accounts, i have also seen steam accounts banned because the seller or the buyer told someone else the transaction took place. In the TOS through steam you are not legally allowed to sell your account BUT what you can do is transfer the details to another person in exchange for cash or some equal trade. It isn't like someone is monitoring the account for an IP change. However as with ANY online/virtual transaction the seller and buyer both take an express agreement that under no circumstances is there to be an agreement that the future of the account in question will be or remain active and in good standing. A buy as is kind of transaction, and yes for the record i have lost real money on steam accounts that were sold then because the account was infoed it was taken back. The long of the short it is against TOS agreement that you accepted upon signing up. SO proceed with caution as you have been made aware of any and all possible ramifications.
