What is stress?
Stress is when the human or person, does something that over works the body.
Causing the nerves to overreact causing the person to feel distress or discomfort.
Stress comes in many ways though. It can come from not just negative, but also Positive actions as well. Such as, if you where to sit and play a video game..
When you are playing a video game you can get stress from various things such as, Eye strain, Using hand movements, Sitting down for long periods of time, and so on.
For example lets say you are playing World of Warcraft. If you complete a quest even getting a sense of accomplishment can cause stress. Stress can be built up from just, Running in and turning the quest in. However those of you may think that, that would Relieve a lot of stress.
It does not. As there are different forms of stress, the body can build up.
Beyond building up the stress from which your brain was stressing over the fact of the difficulty of doing the quest, your body is getting stress from sitting down for the long period of time, and for just staring at a screen.

What does Dr.DeLiLa order?
My suggestions is if you are planning on sitting at a computer for long period of time, take breaks for 5-10 minutes every hour. Go walk around your house or outside, to relax the nerves from holding a continuous position for such a long time.
To relieve any stress in the head, like a headache just lay down with your feet up and sip on a bottle/glass of water. This will allow your body to recuperate giving time for the mind to relax and get in natural thinking order.

My hairline is ever so slowly receding, and my parents always point the finger at me being on the PC all the time without any breaks. I've always denied that though, I never thought there was any logic behind it. However, even if this is true, meh. Don't give a fuck enough about my hair to take breaks every god damn hour xD. Rogaine and chewable vitamins 4 lyfe nigga.
Nah but nice thread bro, I like this guy already.

Instead of eating properly, I exercise everyday/every other day. And even though I don't eat the BEST of foods, I try and eat less of it.

However the working out part is good, it is very bad that you are not eating properly while working out and, its worse that you don't eat a lot of it at least.
If you eat junk food while working out, it causes your body to give up on you and literally your important body parts will stop working because of the lack of nutrition.
You need to eat a lot more, and make it a balanced meal. Having snacks on the side of eating like unhealthy foods is fine, but when it is time for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is vital that you eat properly.
