The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo

The Rodeo is a huge deal in Houston. It is held in the Reliant Complex and Toyota Center. Most parents get free tickets if they work at a big company, so I've always been lucky to go whenever I want. (plus, my mom is on the VIP volunteer committee). I actually the livestock show part better, but here's some pictures I took the other night when we just had time for the rodeo.
I think the biggest draw of all, though, is the massive carnival and concert after the performance.

The football stadium is hardly noticeable once all the dirt is hauled in there.

Bonus, some drunk girl ran out on to the field during the concert. We get some pretty big artists out there. We saw Brad Paisley at this one. He was actually really chill about it and let the girl run up and hug him, and called off the security guards. I took this photo, you can see her hopping the fence in the bottom left.

That is pretty cool sir, thank you for the share, i myself would have been quite upset with the seats you got that were 1.4 miles away from the green. Were you able to see any actual bull riding or did you just experience it vicariously through others screams and excitement?

Oh yes man, those are the best seats. You honestly have the best view of everything from up high. I prefer it over sitting down low any day. If it looks really far away, it's probably just an illusion (I used my phone's panorama mode)

Also, those seats are outside of the club level, so you know, you could go inside and sit on a couch and watch it on the big screen.
