I think he is referring to an insurance kind of thing.

This isn't a Paper Money Insurance company, this is someone paying me if someone got scammed by one of their products that we would give that user his money back, this has nothing to do with Paper Money. Basically it's not an insurance company to a point, I have clients that give me money to pay them back if they ever got scammed, it's no extra charges just one payment, a month, per product.

I'm still working on all the Kinks in the plan and trying to figure out how to handle the situation. This is just an idea in works and more information will be posted soon.

This isn't just for PF, this is for HF also. Of course Perk Forums staff would look into a scam report, If you get scammed you rarely get your money back from charging back.

Honestly Aeronix, I think that you should do it like this:

-They pay a % of the initial cost of the product they are buying to you.
-They then follow up each month with a smaller percentage of the cost they paid for the original product.

That is a good idea, but we are also going to be like an insurance company but not an insurance company. We will dedicate ourselves to each Scam report we take in, and if it's false they will be dropped from our business.

It still violates tax code, if a user is making income in returns for distributing funds (as a write-off) you need to have forms. If you don't follow through with distributing funds via. tax forms at any time you can be audited, or non-declared funds can result in your credit taking a plunge. All income (users paying you) needs to be declared since this is a service in regards to insurance, all insurance companies public or private have to go through the FEC/IRS in order to keep track of income distribution write-offs. Otherwise, you can keep it private and hope no one reports you, because you'll get hooked on tax evasion and many other federal-level crimes for internet crimes and misuse.

I am not involving myself further, it's your choice, not mine. Coming from someone who is well-knowledged in the law, if it were me, I would be contacting my lawyer before starting something like this.

The reason I say percentages rather than flat rate is this:

If you have someone wanting insurance on a $20 product they bought and someone on a $2000 product they bought. You aren't going to want to charge mr 2000 the same as 20 because you would lose exponential amounts of money :/

The cost up front, be it 35% or 30% or even 25% will help boost the amount of money you have available for the product quickly.

That's a good idea to contact my lawyer. Thank you for this knowledge you have shared, I'm going to speak with him about this and see what I can make happen. My friend had a same company just like this one on HF and he ran it fine for about a year till his computer was destroyed. If you could add me on skype and we could speak of this further please.

I think you should rename the title to "Aeronix's Anti-Scam Service".
