I have yet to buy the GPU yet.

Looks okay for a budget build. Some points that could be changed though.

1. If possible try to get a second hand phenom instead of the 6100
The x6 ones perform almost at par of the 8320 in games and sometimes better.

2. I don't have direct knowledge here but avoid rosewill like the plague. There stuff is cheap but there is a reason for that. I would try to get a psu from a reliable brand like corsair etc

3. Do you need the dvd drive? Most things can be stored on a USB. And games on dvd is dying. I haven't had a dvd drive for three years and never missed it.
