Hey, I want to get into this but I don't really know a ton about using doge or bitcoins.
My desktop isn't very good, but I just got the dogecoin wallet and it's syncing right now.
How do I mine though?

You can use a batch program that you can make yourself with ease, or you can simply download a gui miner, but make sure its compatible with your Graphics Card. Never CPU mine. If your CPU messes up sometimes it can mess up your motherboard.

"NVIDIA GeForce 7100 / NVIDIA nForce 630i" I think one of these is my graphics card.
What miner should I use?

You shouldn't with that card. You will lose money having it on more then earning anything.

Power cost of having the system on will pass how much you earn.
